Hey, I’m Alex.

I want to make things that people love.

I’ve always been drawn to beautiful things; not just how they look, but how they work too. Even if something can’t be physically seen, it can still be beautiful. Care and intention is felt through great design.

I’ve spent the last 5 years working in software. At Pendula, I was designing and building complex enterprise apps from the ground up. I helped shaped the product across every stage; research, design, prototyping, and delivery. I helped the business scale and exit through acquisition. Now, I’m working at a funded stealth startup in Sydney as the founding product & design guy.

I also spent 2+ years teaching at The University of Sydney, where I taught interaction design and user experience, mentored students, and helped create course content. It was the best; helping students grow and get a foot in the door of industry.

On the side, I’m building things for people. On my own, I’m making consumer apps for your iPhone; putting everything I know about product to the test and seeing what I can make. Have a look.
